kindof.degreed is designed from the ground up to operate completely locally on your Mac. We believe your creative workflow, colors, and design data belong solely to you.

• No Account Required: You never need to register, log in, or provide personal information to use the application.
• No Analytics or Tracking: The app contains no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising modules, or cross-app tracking code.
• No External Data Transfers: Picked colors, custom gradients, palettes, settings, and favorites remain stored strictly on your device.

2. Screen Color Sampling

Color picking is executed using Apple’s official native NSColorSampler API. The application does not capture, store, or transmit screenshots, video recordings, or screen content to any external server or third party.

3. Local Storage & File Staging

All saved colors, custom palettes, and user preferences are stored within your Mac's local sandbox container. Files exported by the user (such as PNG or SVG artwork) or temporary drag-and-drop staging files are stored in standard operating system directories and are managed entirely under your control.

4. Technical Local Diagnostics

To assist with technical support when explicitly requested by you, the application maintains a strictly limited, local diagnostic log on your Mac.

These local logs record only coarse technical metadata (app version, macOS version, CPU architecture, window mode, timestamp, and anonymous error categories). They never contain picked colors, gradient data, palette names, screenshots, personal file paths, account details, or persistent device identifiers.

Diagnostic data remains exclusively on your device unless you manually choose to export it via the Settings menu.

kindof.degreed is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KINDOF YAZILIM REKLAM MEDYA VE PRODUKSIYON TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the application.
